Mr. Penkov holds an MSc in Marketing and Management from the University of Bradford (UK), with extensive international work experience in countries including the Netherlands, Germany, UAE (Dubai), and the United Kingdom.
An active ambassador for En-ROADS in Bulgaria, a global climate simulator that helps users explore the impact of various climate policies.
He organises and participates in various conferences, workshops, and role-playing games aimed at engaging and educating communities about climate change, promoting collaboration for sustainable solutions.
As an ambassador for the European Climate Pact, he inspires and mobilizes people in the fight against climate change.
He is committed to building a sustainable future through collaboration with colleagues, communities, and stakeholders.
She completed her higher education in “Pedagogy of Fine Art Education” at Shumen University “Episkop Konstantin Preslavski.”
In 2012, she co-founded the creative workshop for children “Natalinko” and conducts art therapy sessions at University Hospital “Sveta Marina” in Varna, Bulgaria.
In 2020, she established Recycle Art Academy Foundation, which combines art with environmental protection.
The Academy participates in exhibitions, events, and educational projects, and aims to reform the “Technology and Entrepreneurship” curriculum by introducing lessons on reducing and recycling waste.
The Foundation promotes art and social responsibility.
Nikolay Tanchev is an eco-activist and founder of the Geya Foundation, focusing on civic and environmental causes.
His organization writes petitions and organizes events to raise awareness and promote dialogue.
He leads by example and organizes volunteer initiatives such as information campaigns, lectures, and sustainable urban events.
Initiates tree planting, beach cleanups, illegal dump removals, and works with disadvantaged youth.
Leads the “Eco Scouts – Plant Protectors” program to engage youth in environmental preservation and urban beautification.
Supports sustainable policies for green spaces and cultural heritage in Varna.
Mr. Pamukov is the head of the vocational training center at the Technical University – Varna.
He graduated from the University of Economics – Varna and participated in various projects in the field of healthcare.
He was responsible for the logistics of the project “Investigation of the influence of rapana on the population of black mussels and bottom coenoses off the Bulgarian coast of the Black Sea”.
Polina Dikova is an active En-ROADS Climate Ambassador with two years of experience in climate advocacy. She has a strong focus on promoting climate action and educating others about the impact of climate policies, utilizing the En-ROADS model to support the development of effective climate solutions.
With significant experience in the financial sector, Polina is highly knowledgeable in sustainable finance. She is well-versed in the EU’s regulations and requirements for a green transition and has advised businesses on creating climate-neutral strategies. Additionally, Polina has worked on climate adaptation projects, helping regions implement various adaptation methods.
